Excellent place , Easy access , Beautiful property Will stay there.again Positive: Great Location Private beach Easy access Clean spacious Great Host Negative: There are lot of building work around the place but the flat has solid sound proof so no issues you can not hear any thing from out Bit dusty out side due to building work I expect these to go away when the tower block opposite is completed Nearest cafe is about 7 minutes walk Beauty of Dubai is every thing you need is delivered to you in 15 minutes
